Rough Beauty – Local Soap Brand You Should Check Out Sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest difference in your daily routine. KARA Cafe & Dessert Bar Back in middle school, KARA Cafe & Dessert Bar was one of my go-to hangout spots. My friends and I would head there after class for frozen yogurt and mochi waffles, and it always felt like the perfect little escape. Over time, though, I kind of forgot about it—it slipped off my radar as new places opened up. But when Yo-Chi landed in Singapore this year and started making waves, it reminded me of KARA. So I went back, and honestly, it still hits just as well as it used to. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with warm lighting and enough space to either settle in with your laptop or just chat over dessert. You’ll find grain bowls, toasties, salads, and of course, their signature mochi waffles topped with frozen yogurt.
